An excellent resource for the Collision Regulations. Includes extra guidance that breaks down the wording and provides additional detail to help with your overall understanding of the Rules.

Unlike other apps which only state the rules which often times remain unclear after repeated reading. This App provides very good and detailed explanation of each rule and how it should be applied in a very practical manner. It really made the rules come alive. Strongly recommended!

This is a very useful app to refer to the collision regulations. Well explained and interpretations given in a much user friendly way with hyper links to the corresponding rules.
